Refund policy.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every digital guide. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Our reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your order, or
• Write to us at hello@betweenus.guide with your order reference, and we’ll arrange the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

When a refund is issued, access to the refunded guide is revoked and any active download link stops working. Please delete downloaded copies of the guide from your devices.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
